- Bishan is a nice estate
- Near to Junction 8 shopping mall
- Near to some good schools like Catholic High School and Raffles Institution
- Not too cheap but still a HDB flat
- Hard economic times are coming so the loans are getting tough to service
- Still need to take a feeder service to go to the Bishan MRT
- Near to Bright Hill Temple
